All property owners are automatically members of SPOC. To become a voting member you must pay the $24 annual dues.
If you belong to a homeowner association that is a member of SPOC, dues are included in your association dues or condo fees. If your association is not yet a SPOC member (Allegheny Springs, Creekside,Highland House, Seneca, Expedition Station, Rimfire, Timbers), you can join SPOC as an individual. Simply send a $24 check to: SPOC
