Snowshoe Assessment Below 1%

New County Commissioner
This past November, citizens of
Pocahontas
County
elected newcomer David Fleming to the
Pocahontas
County
Commission (PCC). David first got involved with this sewer project in early 2006, when he learned of the intent by the Pocahontas Public Service District (PSD) to seize part of a 9-generation family farm for the sewage facility location. As an ordinary concerned citizen at that time, David set up the website, www.SaveTheSharpFarm.com, and joined many in the fight to stop this attempt of eminent domain abuse from occurring. Thankfully, the eminent domain threat was ended in spring of 2008, but David believes there is still a need to bring new thinking and reconsideration into this project. Please share your thoughts with him via email at fleming42@gmail.com.
